中国石化非常规油气资源潜力及勘探进展

摘要:

中国石油化工集团有限公司(简称中国石化)矿权区内拥有较为丰富的非常规油气资源,煤层气可勘探面积为10.19万km2,煤层埋深小于2 000 m的煤层气地质资源量为11.02万亿m3。页岩气可供勘探面积为17.5万km2,初步估算页岩气地质资源量为15.9万亿m3。页岩油勘探面积为11.76万km2,具有较大的资源基础及潜力。中国石化自2004年开始关注非常规油气资源,先后启动了页岩油气、煤层气等非常规油气资源的研究和勘探工作。目前在泌阳凹陷页岩油勘探泌页HF-1水平井分段压裂后获日产油23.6 m3;元坝地区多口陆相钻井测试获得高产气流,建南地区建页HF-1井日产气12 300 m3;延川南区块煤层气已探明地质储量为106.47亿m3,多口井排采获工业气流,初步形成了中国石化非常规油气资源多类型、多阶段的勘探开发格局。

Bioremediation of highly contaminated oilfield soil: Bioaugmentation for enhancing aromatic compounds removal

摘要: This study evaluated the effectiveness of different amendments—including a commercial NPK fertilizer, a humic substance (HS), an organic industrial waste (NovoGro), and a yeast-bacteria consortium—in the remediation of highly contaminated (up to 6% of total petroleum hydrocarbons) oilfield soils. The concentrations of hydrocarbon, soil toxicity, physicochemical properties of the soil, microbial population numbers, enzyme activities and microbial community structures were examined during the 90-d incubation. The results showed that the greatest degradation of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) was observed with the biostimulation using mixture of NPK, HS and NovoGro, a treatment scheme that enhanced both dehydrogenase and lipase activities in soil. Introduction of exogenous hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria (in addition to biostimulation with NPK, HS and NovoGro) had negligible effect on the removal of TPH, which was likely due to the competition between exogenous and autochthonous microorganisms. Nonetheless, the addition of exogenous yeast-bacteria consortium significantly enhanced the removal of the aromatic fraction of the petroleum hydrocarbons, thus detoxifying the soil. The effect of bioaugmentation on the removal of more recalcitrant petroleum hydrocarbon fraction was likely due to the synergistic effect of bacteria and fungi.

中国古生代海相油气成藏特征

摘要:

1970―1978年笔者在塔里木油气地质调研中首次提出古生代有发育的烃源岩,1984年沙参2井实现了古生代海相油田的首次重大突破。1992年通过多个古生代油气田深入研究建立了古生代海相油气成藏理论。其理论内涵:叠加复合盆地成藏,多时代多层系生油,多期成藏,多时代多类型储盖组合,多成藏模式,油气主要分布在古隆起、古斜坡、断裂带和不整合面附近。

Persistent Integration and Innovation Management Mode and Its Applications in Petroleum Production Engineering

摘要: This paper proposes a new management mode named the persistent integration and innovation management mode to satisfy the requirements by the fast development at oilfields. Taking engineering philosophy as the guidance and technical innovations in petroleum production engineering as the breaking point, the management mode combines long term production practice at oilfields with modern management methods. The management mode integrates intellectuals, techniques, capital, and information and so on to accomplish global optimization of resource configuration. Sets of new techniques, new methods, new technologies and new equipment in petroleum production engineering have been proposed under the guidance of the management mode, achieving great social and economic benefits.

exogenous degrader-enhanced bioremediation with low-dose persulfate oxidation for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon

摘要: Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH)-contaminated soils are usually complex and characterized by a lack of nutrition and soil salinization, resulting in difficulties in soil remediation. In this study, bioaugmentation with a PAH-degrading Bacillus PheN7 (BA) and low-dose persulfate oxidation (PS), along with natural biodegradation, were utilized to remediate alkaline PAH-contaminated soil. The soil used in the study had a pH of 9.35, and the total PAH content was 568.8 ± 31.0 mg/kg dry soil. After 42 d of remediation, the degradation efficiency of PAHs was 96.72% and 93.88% using persulfate oxidation and bioaugmentation, respectively, whereas 38.66% of PAHs were degraded in natural attenuation (NA). Bacillus was the dominant genera throughout the process of bioremediation with the relative abundance of 79.3% on day 42 in the BA system, whereas, Alcanivorax was enriched and became the dominant genera in PS systems. In the meantime, PAH degradation genes were detected with remarkably higher level in the BA system than in PS system during the remediation. In addition to the degradation of contaminants, persulfate oxidation promotes microbial bioremediation efficiency mainly by lowering the pH to neutral and increasing the active phosphorus content in the soil. Microbial species and ecological niches were less reduced in the PS system than in the BA system. Collectively, persulfate oxidation had a better impact on the soil microbiome and is more suitable for long-term soil health than bioaugmentation through PheN7 addition.

为适应海拉尔盆地快速勘探开发工作的需要,有效解决在快速钻井(钻井提速)条件下,岩屑录井、地化录井等依托岩屑样品发现油气显示以及评价储层所面临的技术难题,按照优选先进适用录井技术的要求,在海拉尔盆地进行了轻烃分析录井技术应用。笔者阐述了轻烃分析录井技术的原理和特点,并对该项技术的实际应用效果进行了分析,为轻烃分析录井技术的推广应用奠定了坚实基础。

Deepwater Hydrocarbon Exploration in China Seas: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow

摘要: Deepwater area has been one of the hottest areas in the global hydrocarbon exploration. However, deepwater hydrocarbon exploration in China started late and mainly concentrated in the South China Sea (SCS) with low level of researches. Although there are some achievements, there are even more challenges. For this reason, this paper reviewed the history of deepwater exploration in China Seas and summarized the current exploration situation. The future directions of deepwater hydrocarbon exploration mainly consist of five aspects: establishing key technology system of complex structure and reservoir seismic acquisition and processing in deepwater areas of SCS, clarifying the development mechanism of high quality source rock and establishing matching assessment technology, studying the formation conditions of favorable reservoir and creating reservoir identification technology, improving accumulation theory of large and medium-sized oil and gas field of deepwater, deepening the researches of petroleum geology conditions of middle and south part of SCS. Simultaneously, the concept of portfolio should be utilized in the exploration process, with economic benefits considered. These understandings will help guiding the future deepwater hydrocarbon exploration in China Seas.

Visbreaking of heavy petroleum oil catalyzed by SO/ZrO solid super-acid doped with Ni or Sn

摘要: SO/ZrO solid super-acid catalysts (SZ) doped with Ni or Sn (Ni/SZ, Sn/SZ) were prepared for catalytic visbreaking of heavy petroleum oil from Shengli oil field. The visbreaking reactions were carried out at 240°C and 3–4 MPa for 24 h using a heavy petroleum oil to catalyst mass ratio of 100 : 0.05. The effect of water content on viscosity of heavy petroleum oil was also investigated. Both catalysts can promote thermolysis of heavy petroleum oil and the viscosity was reduced from 0.319 Pa·s to 0.135 Pa·s for Ni/SZ and 0.163 Pa·s for (Sn/SZ) with visbreaking rates of 57.7% and 48.9%, respectively. After visbreaking, the saturated hydrocarbon content increased while aromatics, resin, asphaltene, sulfur and nitrogen content decreased. The presence of water was disadvantageous to visbreaking of heavy petroleum oil.

Comparison of combustion characteristics of petroleum coke and coal in one-dimensional furnace

摘要: The effect of primary air fraction , outer secondary air swirl strength and excess oxygen coefficient on the combustion characteristics of petroleum coke, Hejin lean coal and Shenmu soft coal are researched on a one-dimensional furnace using a dual channel swirl burner. The results show that with the increase in primary air fraction , the NO emission concentrations of both Hejin lean coal and petroleum coke increase, and the combustion worsens in the earlier stage, but the burn-out rate of Shenmu soft coal is improved. The NO emission concentration obtains a minimum value with an increase in . The ignition and burn-out rate of petroleum coke and Shenmu soft coal are optimal when Ω is minimum and Ω=0.87, respectively. However, both the NO emission concentration of petroleum coke and Shenmu soft coal are minimum when Ω=1.08. The increase in excess oxygen coefficient delays the ignition of petroleum coke, worsens the combustion condition and increases the NO emission concentration, but it greatly decreases the NO emission concentration of Shenmu soft coal.

Practice and understanding of developing new technologies and equipment for green and low-carbon production of oilfields

摘要: The core of China’s low-carbon development includes optimization of industrial structure, clean energy technologies, emission reduction technologies, and innovation of relevant systems and institutions. China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has always been a proactive participant in developing low-carbon economy, shouldering the responsibilities of safeguarding oil and gas supply, conserving energy, and reducing emission. Therefore, CNPC fulfills those responsibilities as a substantial part of its overall strategy. Guided by low carbon and driven by innovation, petroleum corporations have taken constant innovation of low-carbon technologies, especially the development of green and low-carbon petroleum engineering technologies and equipment, as major measures for energy conservation and emission reduction. Large-scale development mode of unconventional resource anhydrous fracturing should be innovated. And supercritical CO should be used to replace water for fracturing operation, in order to achieve multiple objectives of CO burying, conserve water resource, improve single well production and ultimate recovery, realizing reduced emission and efficient utilization of CO resources. Artificial lifting energy-saving and efficiency-increasing technologies and injection-production technology in the same well should also be innovated. Energy consumption of high water-cut wells is reduced to support the new low-carbon operation mode of high water-cut oilfields and realize energy saving and efficiency improvement during oil production by developing the operation efficiency of the lifting system and reducing the ineffective lifting of formation water. These technologies have been widely recognized by local and international experts and have greatly enhanced CNPC’s international influence. This study expounds the key technologies and equipment with regard to the development of green and low-carbon petroleum engineering and provide relevant suggestions.

过去近20 年,非常规油气资源(如页岩油/气、致密油/气)的商业化开采极大地改变了全球能源结构。非常规油气资源的“甜点区/段”(sweet-spot area/interval)通常由异常高有机质沉积或与其紧密伴生的(粉)细砂岩或碳酸盐岩等组成。非常规油气资源“甜点区/段”的形成主要受控于它们的沉积和成岩过程,是一定地质时期的构造活动、海/湖平面升降、气候变化、水体缺氧、火山活动、生物灭绝或辐射、重力流等全球或区域性地质事件沉积耦合的结果。异常高有机质泥页岩为烃类的生成提供了物质基础,而与其紧密伴生的(粉)细砂岩或碳酸盐岩为油气聚集提供了大量储集空间。本文以我国四川盆地奥陶系五峰组-志留系龙马溪组、鄂尔多斯盆地三叠系延长组以及北美阿巴拉契亚盆地泥盆系马塞勒斯组和威利斯顿盆地泥盆系-石炭系巴肯组4 个典型非常规油气层系作为研究实例,结果表明:非常规油气“甜点区/段”的形成都受全球性或区域性重大地质事件的控制,它们的时空耦合为有机质的生产、保存和富集以及油气的生成、运移、成藏和开发创造有利的条件。非常规油气沉积学研究聚焦于富有机质泥页岩层系沉积时期重大地质事件及其相关的沉积耦合作用过程,是研究非常规油气“甜点区/段”形成与分布的“一把钥匙”。
